Should I have more flow for a BTA

Hey all. I’m getting a BTA soon and was wondering if my tanks flow is enough to support it. I have an AI Nuvo 14 peninsula and replaced the stock pump with a sicra silent 0.5. I have some MP10’s I could use if it isn’t enough or I could upgrade my return pump. What do y’all recommend? or am I set?

BTA require low flow rather than high. Use flow similar to typical LPS tanks.
