These things will break apart when you try to move it. Sometimes in one piece but often in many pieces.

Go for it! Your lfs may take in the frags and give you credit, or not?

I think you referring to pocillopora, I have stylophora. Super strong skeleton to break off.

Decided to break it apart. Got alot of spare time today, noticed that on dead portion of it there is brown film algae on it.
