Should I panic?

When in doubt, always do a small water change. Just have a fresh saltwater nearby. I use a 50 gal brute trashcan with fresh saltwater and heater, super simple. Take a gallon out and put a gallon in. That's a big puffer, not sure a small bin is going to process all of his waste quick enough.

Add some Turbo Fritz bacteria.

Prime has been shown a few times that it does nothing for ammonia or nitrite. It does take care of chlorine. Search it in here or google it, prime is ineffective at binding ammonia. I didnt want to believe it when I first came back 2 years ago either.
@AydenLincoln do a search on ammonia toxicity @Randy Holmes-Farley just posted an article not that long ago and others have posts on this too. Ammonia at low levels which are a lot higher than we usually start freaking out over do not cause any long or short term issues at our ph levels. Also the fact its saltwater not freshwater has a bearing on it. .25 is nothing to worry about. If you have seasoned live rock in that water and enough of it you will be fine. This piece of advise is "charged" as well...if you are really worried about it get some microbacter7 and dose that daily it will handle any ammonia you may get (but its not needed).
