I bought these two hammers together on the same plug. I not very experienced but it seems they are both fairly happy but the green splatter seems to be getting much bigger than the pinkish one. Should I get the pink one off this plug and move it over a bit to give it more room to grow or just leave it be? If I should move it would bone cutters at the base be ok or will that hurt it? I don’t have a saw for cutting coral.

I'm not a hammer expert be any means. But If those are two separate frags glued to the sale plug, I would pop one off and glue it to it's own base. Then I would have two hammers!

You don't need bone cutters, just pop one off with a screwdriver, knife, or something like that. Kind of get under where it's glued and give a little twist. In my experience, half the time frags fall off plugs by themselves.
