Should I switch salts?

Now that I have my first acros I’ve been thinking of switching to Fritz red line from RC. I’m more concerned about consistency from batch to batch. I know many people that use RC say that levels are inconsistent batch to batch. Then again, I’ve seen tanks full of healthy, vibrant acros. As such I’m wondering if I should switch at all.

I like the higher ALK since my nutrients run high. That’s why I’d switch to the red line. So for those who use Fritz red line, do you find it to be more consistent between batches? Being an acro novice I want as much consistency as I can get.

I wouldn’t switch personally

I think you’ll find better success with acros at a lower alkalinity. I always have
