Hi All,

I just bought a Kleanwater 4-stage RODI unit from Marine Depot. My water pressure wasn't up to snuff, so I bought an AquaticLife Smart Buddie Booster pump. I got everything up and running, but now my pressure gauge is vibrating, and the needle is moving rapidly between 80 and 100 PSI.

1. Should the pressure gauge be doing this?
2. Is something wrong with my Smart Buddie Booster pump?

Attached is a video of the pressure gauge.

Thanks in advance for any help!

The brochures say it is supposed to be a 1 to 1 ratio. Two things to check for, (1) make sure the flush valve is in the proper position and (2) how clogged/dirty are your filters. Being as it is a new unit I doubt your filters are that clogged/dirty yet.
