Shout out to Carlos at Reef Octopus!

Carlos spent a lot of time with me the last few days narrowing down the issue with my Regal 300 ext. It turns out it was because I put an elbow on the gate valve and the air was having trouble escaping. If anyone is troubleshooting performance, you need to vent where the water is piped back into the tank.


This is just another reason I will always go with Reef Octopus products. I'm sure most companies would not have invested the time and energy into helping me troubleshoot.
