As the topic says this is a thread in which you can post pictures of yourAchilles tang. In addition it is a thread to discuss care of this delicate fish and where is the best place to purchase them (price, health, and guarantee). That way if people have problems with this fish or would like to purchase one they can look at here for advice.

Here is mine. He is about 6" long and I got him from zoacollector

What size tank is it in?
What do you feed?
Do you keep it with other tangs?
Did you qt it? How?

Really love this fish, but nervous about caring for one.

I have it in a 120 gallon tank. I feed NLS pellets once every day and put algae sheets in every day. I feed selecon and garlic soaked Rod's frozen food every 2 days. I have a yellow tang and a purple tang with him. I rushed the qt a lot [emoji16] only 4 days, in which he was treated with General Cure. Zoacollector had already treated him with copper twice so I didn't worry about that. Hope this helps

P.S. At zoacollector.com they are only $125!

I have a coral beauty and a flame angel and neither of them touch any of my corals. The coral beauty has actually learned to eat seaweed off the clip with my tangs.

How long have you had him? He's beautiful. I've got two myself, perhaps my favorite tang.

Could you post pics of yours?
I'll have to take some tomorrow. The lights are off at the moment. I have some videos on my YouTube channel if you're interested (3fordfamily is my tag there)

Rescued him from a lfs, he was not eating and being attacked by other achilles, they had 5 in the same tank. Got him treated, feeling comfortable and eating like a pig before leaving my place
