Wanted to share my upgraded custom lid. It was looking a little like a science experiment and this lid made it come back with a little tron like glory!

I love your lid and other mods you did. You do that yourself or was it made for you? Either way would you share how you did it? I would love to do something similar with my Fluval 13.
Thanks

Thanks! Always willing to share. It was made for me by C Life Aquatics. You can find them on Facebook.

Looking for some advice from some evo owners. I am using the current ic led. I just modified the cover to fit over it a little better.

While doing that I got the idea of cutting out a spot for the old light on one of the sides. First question is, should I even bother? Im thinking of using just the blues on a timer just to add a little more blue. Second, if I do put it in should I install it in the front or the back?

Any suggestions?

IMO it couldn't hurt to add the second one. They are not very powerful lights. You would get more diffused light and I run blue for 75% of my schedule. White for 4-5 hours then it's blue time! I would put it on the front. Just for visual it will make all the colors pop.
