Posted a few days ago about some fish that interested me and I’m still having trouble deciding. As much as I would like an African Flameback Angel I don’t think it would be a good idea.

Im looking for ideas for a showpiece fish, or pair of fish for my WB25. The plan is to have SPS and Zoas. Tank mates will be a springeri damsel and a pink streak wrasse. I’d be willing to spend up to $200, maybe a little above.

In that size tank i think everyone coming over would be glued to 2 clownfish and an anemone. As much as I love my other fish, everyone loves a good clown

Ah I know. I’ve always wanted a classic pair of premium Picasso’s before the breeding got crazy. I just want to see if I can introduce something a little more fun. I’ve had access to so many different kinds of fish that it’s hard to keep my head straight. I’d really like a candy basslet but it’s just a little out of budget.

Tbh it’s hard to find a show piece fish for a smaller tank.

maybe a helfrechi fire fish?? It has amazing colours and wild work on your size tank.

candy basslet would be amazing but I think they go for $500. Too much for my blood.

they are hard to find but i still have my soloman island female percula for a while and i love her. Places do still order wild (i know cb over wild caught but inbred clowns look meh). Ask nyaquatic i think they get wild caught still and he at least puts copper and i think api general cure in his tanks

really good picassos look amazing but are so hard to find now for some reason. i remember these guys all looked amazing

Your have a lid or net top? I suggest a trio of dart strips.
Also a randalls hi fin goby pair.
You can also add sgt. Damsels for schooling or something active and swimming if thats what ur wanting.

Yeah I’m not a big fan of all the new clowns coming out. The grade A Picasso’s that were around in 2012-2013 are definitely my favorite
