That is a blood red fire shrimp, the white dots are normal, part of the shrimps coloration :)

Sorry, wasn’t meaning those. If you zoom into the picture you can see the white specks all over its body. Is that normal? I just noticed about 4 days ago. Had it for a month.

Agreed .they always look dirty before a molt.
