Shrimp molting question .

I have my cleaner shrimp for a yr and a half and it’s molted many times but I never witnessed it. Buy any chance does the shrimp hide and just sit there and kinda looks like it dying until the molt is compete ?

Most likely is a little slow when the molting begins . I'd think they find a very safe cave then molt. Won't see it for a day because it's new shell had to harden.

Well it looks like it’s trying to hide hopefully it’s not dying , all levels in the tank are fine and all other inverts are good
