I introduced a cleaner shrimp to my tank about 2 weeks ago and he has molted every 4 days like clockwork. He is eating and seems healthy. Could it be I got a young one and he is growing so this will slow down over time?

Means he’s growing fast! My cleaner shrimp has molted once a month since I got him. I know the levels of iodine must be correct in order to molt. Don’t know About the every 4 days.. seems kinda excessive. I guess if he’s growing and comfortable in the tank ( no aggressive fish) then it does sound reasonable. I am sure someone out there will give more input :) good luck
