Shriveled tentacle

Why I'd some of his tentacle look like that, they was under a rock could it be from lack of light

When I see anemones with short stubby tentacles my first impression is a nutritional deficiency. What lighting are you using?

Fluval aquasky and a Chinese black box they was under a rock so we turned the rock over now there getting light
