I bought a sicce adv 7 return pump from brs on Nov 2020. I started using the pump around 2022 when I finished the whole set up.
Using 1 inch Pvc Pipe with only 3 90 sweep and about 6 feet head height with RFG at only one nozzle.
I clean the pump once a year.
Last night I noticed the return was not on at all.
This happened a couple times in the past when the impeller gets gunked up. I always cleaned it up and it will start right up.
This one recently will not at all
So I cleaned it multiple times and it was still not turning on.
Any other ideas why its not working? Or it just hit the bucket? any tips?

Currently I am using a very small weak return pump that i use for RO/DI to get by so i have sump circulation and ato as I am only home once a week.

I have to do an emergency set up where i shoved the 1/2 inch vinyl pipe from the output of the weak pump inside a 1 inch silicone pipe then used 3 zip tie it on the middle so it have a tight seal. it works, ill send pictures this weekend lol.

Thinking of buying a jebao? Which one for the similar size of the same price range or cheaper?

Thanks

Not sure. A lot of companies will still honor warranty if it is close.

I agree it's worth asking them. They may have you try a new impeller or something.
