I opened my Sicce pump boxes today in antici[pation of my new UNS 120 build. I am sooo impressed by the quality build of these products! This isn't a sales pitch, it's a reality statement. First, I was able to extend my warrantee by 2 yrs so, now I have 5yrs because I registered them on line. On top of that, Sicce also extends the impeller warrantees an additional 6 months. I've bought many items on Temu at significant discounts but, pump failure is not an option for me. When One takes into consideration a company warrants their product for 5 yrs, then they expect minimal claims for that time period or they'd go broke.

For me the math is simple what does a 5 yrs warrantee cost to buy (is it worth it) and does the company stand by their warrantee? The posts I've read about a long term company like Sicce say yes to both questions. Therefore you decide, what is the cost of a DT pump failure two or three years out, especially one that lasts through out the night or when you're out of town for a day or two?

My final delight came when my LFS mentioned I can sync all three of my pumps to standby mode for 15-20 mins when I'm away at the same intervals my automatic feeder delivers food 3x a day. Wonderful the food won't get sucked down the drain and everything happens automatically.

Thanks for the post of confidence! They really are nice pumps.
