Sicce sdc wifi issues. Hydros can you canotroll these?

Ok. I have 4 Sicce SDC pumps on 2 systems. A 3.0, 6.0, 7.0, and 9.0. All were good pumps until I switched my modem. Every single item in my house was easily switched to the new network and password... except these pumps... why are these expensive devices so hard to connect? And everything else is easy?

Are there any @sicce reps who can talk about plans to update this trash wifi configuration system?

Assuming @sicce never gets a handle on this issue... can the Hydros controller take over these things? I have hydros controllers on both systems.
If so please point me to a tutorial. Thank you. @CoralVue @hydros @Carlos

I assume you disconnected the old wifi and reset the pump.
Do you have these directions?
I have another document on my phone just having trouble finding it. I'll keep looking.

I will try that when I get home from work later but I have the manuals and tried to reset the pumps but had no luck. Also tried using the eco and pause buttons to reset the wifi but no luck. Will try to Uninstall the app and start fresh

The Hydros can control the Sicce SDC pumps now, but it is through the Sicce cloud so you will still need the pumps to work with your wifi to do it. Not sure if you ever got them working or not.

What router are you using?

I had issues with my 2 Sicce pumps connected to an Orbi Mesh router system because it would only broadcast in dual channel. (2.4/5ghz)

I used a wifi extender and just created a new network at only 2.4ghz, used the extender to connect to my Orbi, and they've been fine since.
