Sicce Shark Skimmer Help!

Skimmer is not working, bubbles won’t reach top. Stopped using it for 2 months due to qt and because nothing was in the tank.

2 months of being inactive is plenty of time for scaling to occur and plug up your lines.
pull it from the tank and give everything a clean and you'll likely find either junk has accumulated in the needle wheel, a plugged inlet (or venturi), or a plugged off silencer.
