Is this pump adjustable? It's unclear from Amazon if it is or not. Also, has anyone used it with a RFG? I heard that these reduce the flow rate and this is only a 250 gph pump.

Yes it is adjustable. For a RFG the higher the flowrate the better. I use two for my evo 13.5 return line but I don't have it throttled back at all.

I printed the originals before Vivid stole the design and started selling them. I am happy with them and will not be returning to the standard flat nozzle.
