Is anyone able to help me diagnose what’s wrong with my blue tang? And potential treatment?
nothing last night and appeared like this as I woke up this morning.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!
Are the lesions on both sides of the fish or just the left?
How long have you had the fish?
This doesn’t look like flukes, ich or velvet and it came on too fast for head and lateral line erosion. That leaves bacterial or viral issues.

They’re on both sides.
I gave a small feed to bring it out of the rocks and after the feed they seemed to fade a bit.
I just visited my LFS and they suggested that it was due to stress and that dosing voogle each day will help.

Sorry, I don't know what "voogle" is.
