My clown goby hasn't eaten in a week and has developed bumps on his head. The water is fine. Only other things in the tank are a clown fish some frags and snails. Everything else seems to be fine. Ich? Parasites or something else?

Can't tell whats going on there from the pic. Doesn't sound like ICH though.
