Sick Foxface

My foxface rabbitfish's skin is tearing off bit by bit and its tail is torn and it does not want to eat. any idea what is happening and how to fix it?

Can you post a few pictures? How long have you had it? Tank-mates? Do you QT, and when was the last wet addition to the tank (fish,coral,crabs,chaeto,etc)?

Any other tankmates that could be picking on it? If you can get better pictures showing the areas where the skin is peeling and the tail, that would be helpful.
