Sick Goby

Our Goby is acting ill. Two days ago he became lethargic and started hanging out on the bottom of the tank near the glass. He hasn’t eaten and now has a white spot on his side. One of our other fish is now picking on him as well. He will swim the entire tank a couple of times a day and then resettle near the glass.
