Heya gang, I wanted to share my simple PS overflow build with the community.
Most reefers who have been in the hobby for awhile have an old HOB skimmer laying around in their 'random reef gear closet'. I decided to increase my skimming a tad, and needed an overflow, so I decided to put my HOB to good use.
Super simple...I drilled a hole in my PS collection cup, ran a tube to the input of the HOB skimmer and voila. I tightened the seal by cutting a couple larger pieces of tubing, to put into the input of the HOB.
I know its a relatively simple concept and nothing really special, but thought it was worth sharing.
Happy Reefing!
