simple ZOA + LEATHER tank

I've been thinking of setting up a 10g tank for just zoa and leathers to thrive in. Just picked up an aquaclear 70. Will just chemipure blue and purigen with some filterfloss let zoas and leathers thrive in this tank? Will do weekly 2-4 gallon water changes weekly for about a year then smaller weekly when the tank stabilizes. Do you softy experts think this is a plan that will work? Will put and AI prime HD on it because they say the spread is 24 x24 and ive had good success with an ai prime. Will wait about 6 months to start feeding reefroids. Probably just one maybe 2 small fish and maybe some sexy shrimp for fun. Can sexy shrimp be a problem for zoas and leathers? Does a fire shrimp serve any real purpose? Obviously fire or sexy not both.

The tank Im looking for is a UNS 60s dimensions are 23.6 x 14.2 x 7.1 its basically a frag tank, tough to find right now but i have a few stores trying to source one for me right now.
