I would put the clowns in first and then add the six line because six lines are known to be more aggressive than clownfish.

I have been told this all over the web. However my experience is that my clowns are much much more aggressive then my wrasse. Granted it is around 3 months now. But they attack me and my wrasse won't. Also they take the food and fight thr others back. So I have to feed a small section then add more for the others. Also I know every fish is different. So I might be alone in this but so far my clowns are way more aggressive and the wrasse was in first for some reason. I think it was because we had to wait for the wife to find two clowns she liked at the same time.

If that's all you want to get order doesn't matter, if you end up gettin other fish that compete for food with the sixline or are a wrasse the sixline will kill it.
