skimmer advise

I would like some advise on my skimmer question. I currently have a euroreef 8 in 24in tall skimmer that I have set up with 2 sicce pumps on recirc. I think it does a good job but dont really know what to compare it to. I was looking at the msx 300 skimmer that was posted for sale a week or so ago. It is a 12 in by 24 in skimmer and I think my sicce pumps would mount right up to it but would not be working as a recirc. He is asking $100 for the body without any pumps. Do you think I would be gaining much by going with this larger skimmer?

Hi Jeff,

Is your current skimmer pulling out lots of gunk?

Is your tank healthy and the nutrient levels low?

If you answer YES then I see no need to change anything.
