Skimmer for 60x20x20 with DSB

I need some advice on choosing skimmer for my tank 60*20*20 inch (150*50*50 cm) DSB

100 gallon heavy biolad (400 liters) DSB

DSB helps to slim down the tank by reducing pollutants and organic matter

if I were to install a high-performance skimmer I would reduce the useful substance for the aquarium too much
