Skimmer problem! Hang on Jebo180 II.

Hi reef buddies out there, may I seek some advice how to set up correctly with this skimmer brand JEBO180 II? The water can't get rised up to the cup level that the skimmed dirt cannot get out/overflow as suggested in it's function? Can anyone help, thanks a lot.

Its not one of the best units being a hang on version. There is a tube coming from bottom up to a venturi. Disconnect that tube and blow through it as it may be blocked.
