Hi. I have an Octopus skimmer that is configured as a recirculating CO2 scrubber. It keeps my PH at a constant 8.0.

My question is, if I used a larger skimmer, configured the same way, would I get better performance (ie. higher PH)? Since there would be a larger bubble chamber, and more bubbles, would that have an effect?

Depends on if there is excess CO2 that can be stripped out or not? If there is still CO2 that could be removed from the tank then it may be possible that a larger unit could address that issue and increase pH.
