I'm looking for a skimmer for my heavily stocked 57 gallon. The footprint needs to be less than 7x11. Needs a drain. Silent very important. Ideas?

I really like the red sea series. We have the largest one at my work and its very quiet and pulls out a nice dark skim.

Love my bubble magus curve 5 on my 80 gallon system. Pulls lots of skim! Also fits in that footprint.

I'd love both of those, unfortunately, they're both at 7.1" and I'm at a hard 7, no way I can use those unless the specs are off.

Is that 7" including removing the collection cup for draining and maintenance? If so, you would be very limited. Even my desktop skimmer for my nano cube is that height.

Recommend the Eshopps S-120
Dead silent.
Footprint 5.5" X 7".
Sits in 7"- 9" water
I had no breakin time.
Large cup with drain. Easy to remove.
Rubber feet for quiet operation.

Been using Reef Octopus all the way, they may have a model (internal or external) that fits your specs.
