I have 9430 DOCskimmer and need the rubber fitting that goes on the impeller shaft. Is there a parts store ? Also can the new skimmer pump fit on the old skimmer body?
Thanks

Having done it, it is a process, its possible, but not easy, the new pump has a 1" outlet and you have to drill out the fitting and install the new one which is like a bulkhead and you have to remove the T piece inside. I only did it because I was asked to test the pump before we had the new skimmer ready but if I was buying the pump to do it, given all the improvements with the drain and the plate under the cup, etc and the risk of breakage from drilling I would probably just sell the skimmer and buy the new one as it would take about $750 in parts to have all the updates and a fair amount of work that has risks of expensive parts being damaged.
