Skimz Question

Is the skimmer drawing in water from the gate valve side . Im trying to figure out where the output is also so i can direct flow out of it to center of sump

Sure does seem like its sucking in from that side but wanna see if others know the answer

The output is at the "flapper" which the adjust knob controls. The intake will be where ever that airline terminates; appears to be at the bottom center.
