Slow Return pump

:(;FacepalmSo I’m new to the hobby, i did my first water change I’m still in the cycling period, but after doing the water change and turned my heater and return pump on I noticed that the pump is way wayy slow! So I turned everything off again took the return pump out cleaned it plugged it back in and it’s still barely pumping. Anyone had this problem before? Did I do something wrong?
