Been reefing for over 10 years and stumped on why my current 40 Breeder AIO has been struggling. At first it was dino's after the move and then high nutrients but now things seem to be in line parameter wise.

A bit of history been through a bunch of tank moves so the rock fish and some corals are up to 10 years old but the tank its current configuration has been setup for about 10 months. In my previous 150g I had a thriving mixed reef.

Setup
40 Breeder AIO with large fuge
Light Vipraspectra 300w (30% blue 1% white)
Tested with Par meter getting 250 Par at the top of the rocks and 150 Par at the sandbed
Flow Nero 5 + SLW20
BRS standard 2 part dosing 45 ML a day
Seachem Matrix + Phosguard and Carbon

My test parameters

Alk 8-9
CA 450
Nitrate 2.5-5
Phosphate .8-.2 ULR checker (came back much lower on the ICP test)
PH 8.4-8.6

ICP results

The issue is that all of my LPS and SPS slowly reseed either from the base LPS or SPS the tissue goes away but the polyps are still open on the skeleton. The only things that are happy are my soft corals, large Blasto and Clam. Even my Anemones start to shrivel and drop tentacles over time.

Anything stick out on the ICP test that would be an issue? The iron seems high but I believe it was higher in my last tank since in my previous tank I was dosing a significant amount of cheato grow. vs. my current tank where I haven't dosed any iron in months
