Small angel fish nipping my eel

Hi! Does anyone have any ideas about my recent observation. I’ve had a zebra eel for about 2 years and a small angel fish. My eel has recently stopped taking shrimp and I see the small angel fish nipping the eels body?? Why would he do this?
Any ideas appreciated!
