Hello!
I’ve had this tank for a couple years(it's a 30gal)(picked it up used) and it has been sitting in our attic since. I went to inspect it to see if it would be suitable for an upgrade and saw a few small bubbles in the silicon near the top of the tank. The interior seal looks to be fine. Do these look large enough that I should be worried or should they be fine?

Those look quite big to me. I wouldn't trust it cause those will affect the structural integrity of that seam.

I wouldn't use it as a DT. 30 gallon is cheap enough to replace without fear of catastrophic failure at some point in the future.

To be honest, I’d even “upgrade” to a 40b when the $1/gal sale is on. Not worth the risk when you could have a slightly larger tank for $40 versus how many thousands of dollars in potential repairs from water damage.
