I like to toss a small bag of carbon in the sump from time to time but i really hate rinsing it clean after. I would love to fill a small bag them just toss it after im done with it. Anybody have any ideas for me? Thanks!

Why do you rinse the carbon? Why not just dump it out and refill? takes 10 seconds to turn the bag inside out and rinse it out. Fill with new carbon.
There are zippered media bags that make this easy. Seachem for example makes zippered bags with varying mesh sizes, stuff that will work with big stuff like Matrix all the way down to frustratingly tiny particles like purigen.
