small media reactor

A while back I saw the cutest little carbon reactor at a frag swap. It was somewhere in size between a white claw can and those baby soda cans. Anyone know what I'm talking about and where to get one?

i just put some carbon in an air powered acclimation box. not sure if it's working, but i haven't spent $70, so there's that.
