First pic looks like some kind of hydroid and the second looks like a munnid isopod.

ok thank you. are they harmless?
The munnid isopods are generally considered a good part of your clean up crew. The hydroid might have some stinging cells but idk how bad they really are. Many people claim these hydroids eventually just die out and aren't really a problem.
