Small powerhead suggestions

I want to add a small powerhead behind my rock work to help keep the sandbed clean. Im not coming up with much results doing a internet search. Any recommendations on one that won't blow sand everywhere.

its a small 2000l/h 5v usb powerhead.

I use them a lot and love them.
