So I've been doing this for a while and since I just got a new red sea test kit, thought I'd post a little trick of mine.

First of all, I love the red sea test kit. once you learn the new end point color of the alk, it's a nice, consistent test kit. one issue I've always hated was the ink rubbing of the syringes. I deter that by wrapping packing tape around them.

I also label my syringes and cuvettes to avoid cross contamination.

Excellent suggestions. I have a few of the 1ml syringes that are now useless because the measurements rubbed off. Any new ones will get the packing tape.

what is the length of the syringe when it's not pulled back?
Answer:
It's a little less than four inches or 10 centimeters.

The size matters when using with the red sea tritation device. it has to be the correct length and diameter.

Yes they do everything is the same except for the new ones I have do not say for one time use only
