I like mushrooms. I also like tiny fish and shrimp, which I understand some mushroom corals also like, too much. What are some mushrooms that stay nice and small and unable to eat things like trimma gobies?

I've found that many discosoma stay on the smaller end. I will also mention that my goby and pistol shrimp has yet to be eaten by a rather large rhodactis, despite being around it semi-frequently, and once even going as far as to sit on top of it for several minutes. In my experience, rhodactis mushrooms are fairly non-aggressive towards most tank mates, with the exception of snails.
