SMART UV 40Watt Plumbing

Hi all,

Has anyone ever used the mounting brackets for the Pentair Smart UV 40watt. I am trying to mount this in my stand underneath the tank on the top horizontally.

The thing I am worried about is that the brackets will give due to the weight of the UV sterilizer with if full of water.

If anyone has photos of how they plumbed the uv sterilizer in their stand please share if you can.

If it's going into wood, that bracket will be fine. Had my older aqua uv mounted horizontally under my stand @ one point.
