I just wanted to say that I purchased a smatfarm g5 from someone for cheap because it worked but display was out.
I realized I couldn't change any settings and I also didn't have a remote.
Contacted smatfarm and explained the situation...they sent me a display card and a new remote for FREE.
Even though I bought it 3rd party they wanted to take care of the problem.
I'm impressed with their customer service.

Always great when a company goes above and beyond to stand behind their product. Glad you got it taken care of :D
