I was thinking on getting this blenny but I am just curious on how hard it is to keep him alive. I read that he is a pretty good eater and easy to take care of.

As long as they are eating they are hardy. Some specimens don't eat readily.

So I pulled the trigger and I got one. The only thing is that this one is not all white, it has a yellowish touch to the bottom part. Any ideas on name?

Like the top pic. I had a Canary three years ago but they bite only if they are in an extreme situation. Do you have the name of the top fish?

This is my Smith's blenny. Had him about 3 1/2 years, w/o any issues. He also gets along w/ my starry and midas blennies. Swims all over the tank.

Nice! They are super cool. What are you feeding yours?

I feed the tank PE Mysis and LRS Fish Frenzy and I also have 2 seaweed clips of red/green seaweed that he picks at. Very pleasant fish!

Gotcha. I feed mine LRS too and plain Mysis. I think I will supplement with live brine.

I've had my Smith Blenny for over a year and he's doing great. He eats Mysis. He's one of my favorite fish. He sleeps vertical in a corner of the tank and at night he turns dark to blend in with the back of the tank. Fun fish!
