Also if this is truly an NPS with such a small polyp what would be the best option for feeding? Reef-roids ?

I’ve tried phytoplankton and reef-roids last night with no response may try Tonight the juices of brine shrimp se if anything changes. If no response will try and treat it as a photosynthetic coral slowly increasing light and report changes. Am mainly looking a colour as that seems to be the health factor if it goes into a deep blue.

Hi all,

This is my first post on R2R and I hope to be on more.

I received one of the frags from @sixty_reefer and would love to hear what people think this mystery coral has grown into. I won't throw in suggestions from elsewhere as I would love to hear your thoughts without influence.

Thanks and hope everyone is doing well in these difficult times.

For an idea of scale and growth rate, this was the coral as of December 28th. Prior to this, I was keeping the coral in darkness as suspicions were it was not photosynthetic at the time.

Welcome to R2r, You done splendid growing the coral mate, am just curious for wend did you noticed the pinnulles develop? As they weren’t present at the beginning. Probably a long shot but @Reefs.Com @Julian Sprung was anyone able to find out the outcome of the initial Coral? Did it just end up being clavularia sp.

Hi @sixty_reefer . As soon as I moved into light, the polyps really changed from the smooth round edges to what you see now.
