Snail id?

Found this guy in southern California in the tide pools. Black body lined with red. It does very well in the tank and moves around a lot. Thanks for any help! :)

Turban Snail? Smooth brown turban?

I think it is a Black Turban Snail (Chlorostoma Funebralis). Could be a kelp snail or a Norris Top snail. They have more red in the foot, not just lined. Need a better picture of the foot to be sure.

I love top norris snails! So beautiful! Need a beter picture to know tho. If it is they are subtropical.
