I inherited a Biocube that's in pretty bad shape from my mom a few months ago. Since then I've set up a 150g tank. Everything's cycled and stable so I moved over all of the fish. I would like to rescue the remaining CUC. I think there's:

Maybe 4-5 hermits
3 nassarius snails
5 trochus snails

My new tank has pretty much no algae growth except a few small spots of diatoms, so I'm worried about the trochus snails starving. Can I supplement their diet with nori or something while my tank matures?

Thanks

I would just acclimate correctly and add them, whatever my fish don’t eat they snag up maybe just feed a bit more than they will snag it up.

As long as you have diatoms and film algae the snails should be fine. But if you wanna add a clip of nori that won’t hurt either!

Definitely feed the snails with dried seaweed.

Thanks for all of the advice! I moved everything over. I plan to feed seaweed until there's more stuff growing just to be safe. :)
