Snake eel won’t eat

I have had my snake eel for about a year and a half and I normally feed him krill 2/3 times a week. He stoped eating for a few weeks before thanksgiving and now he is back at it again. Can anyone help? I put him in his own tank with dang and rock for now and he seems happy.

Have you tried other types of food?

Chunky reef frenzy has many different chunky foods in it it would be worth a shot. This is what I feed our puffer and trigger. The other fish tear off pieces also

Snake eels can go on hunger strikes, so as long as he starts up again, I wouldn't worry.

However, I would recommend adding variety to his diet. A diet entirely of krill has been linked to health problems.
